S’MoreFish Desserts (Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Grahams Review & Recipes)

Being a novice to receiving free trials in exchange for my opinion, I was uber excited to get the opportunity to try Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Vanilla Grahams. I should first disclose that we are big fans of the Pepperidge Farm Goldfish in many many forms. In fact, they are a staple in our kit for traveling to the Princess’ dance competitions.

That said, I am not a huge graham cracker fan. In fact, there is a graham cracker shaped like another childhood favorite item that I do not enjoy at all. But, Pepperidge Farm has never steered me wrong before, so I thought I’d give them a fair try.

The princess was very excited the day they arrived. Having limited time on that day, we ate a few and decided they were worth keeping.

Then, I thought, technically, these are 1/3 of the things necessary to make S’mores. Well, a Goldfish cracker is not the right size for actual S’mores, so I had to improvise. The result is S’morefish Pudding. I made one package of chocolate pudding, cook & serve style and added half of a small jar of marshmallow fluff. It is really important to let the fluff get melty before pouring into the dishes. Then, top with Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Vanilla Grahams.

The princess thought this was pretty fantastic, as it is S’mores in a cup.

But, then I decided that fish swim in water, and water is blue. So, I took a package of white chocolate pudding and dyed it blue with about 12 drops of blue food coloring. Next, we topped it with the other half of the jar of marshmallow fluff (heated again so it’s a little melty). I spread the fluff over the pudding to make it look like waves in the ocean. Then, topped with the Vanilla Grahams. Admittedly, this concept was a collaboration with MFH, and it turned out to be pretty yummy as well. We will call this one “Many Fish in the Sea Pudding”.

Both desserts were super fun to make, the princess thought it was fantastic and we discovered a new treat to take along with us on the road. I would definitely buy the Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Vanilla Grahams and, in fact, did this weekend when we were headed out of town.

I received a bag of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Vanilla Grahams for the purposes of this review, but the opinion is 100% mine.
